Okay, this one is baffling to me. Context is predictably heated discussion about US government in modern times. But why this violates community standards, I still don't know. Was it because I used the word "kill?" Because I impugned the utility of Congress (Facebook, dears, I know you have a hard job, but I can't fathom how it could be considered even surprising speech when someone calls a government branch with a 31% approval rating "sclerotic and useless")? Because I suggested that the executive was ruling by EO because Congress can't do its job?
A real head-scratcher, this one.

My vote is for "kill the filibuster." This is a failure of the algorithm to differentiate actual calls for violence from figurative language. I wonder if you could post a comment about "Killing the Lights" when discussing what you might do before a movie or bedtime.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of when I tried to sell a dart board on FB Marketplace, and I included a photo of the darts themselves. I had my post removed for trying to sell weapons.
There is an ENTIRE CATEGORY devoted to "Darts Equipment." Oh, Zuck...
I have a similar story about a group I follow, a photo of a rock band, and FB banning the whole group for "violent imagery" because the guitar was mis-identified as something else.
Delete... but I don't want to give away a future post in this series, so I'll save the details. ;)
